Information We Collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), and the details of your message. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address.

We also receive standard technical information your browser sends — such as your IP address and general usage data — which our hosting and security providers log to keep the site running and secure.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, prepare and discuss estimates, schedule work, send our newsletter if you subscribed, and protect the site from spam and abuse. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-Party Services

We rely on a few trusted providers to operate the site. Email is delivered through Resend, our newsletter list is hosted by Resend, the site is hosted on Vercel, our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, and we load icon fonts from Font Awesome (Fonticons).

Google reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information to tell humans apart from bots; its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. These providers process limited information on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Cookies, Advertising, and Analytics

We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies of our own. Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies that are necessary to provide its bot-protection service.

If we introduce advertising or analytics in the future — such as Google Ads conversion tracking, remarketing, or Google Analytics — we will update this policy, and those services may set cookies subject to Google’s policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Email and Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, every message includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time — once you unsubscribe, we stop sending you newsletters. Transactional emails, such as a reply to your inquiry, are sent in response to your request.

Data Retention

We keep contact-form submissions and subscriber information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet legal obligations, and we delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed.

Your Choices and Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, using the contact details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children’s Privacy

Our site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including using reputable providers and secure connections. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
